Books, and music, help us to go on different kinds of journeys, and we always return somewhat changed.
I found meaning in the following books and was greatly inspired by their authors.
Maybe they are holding some inspiration for you too.
Have a wonderful day.

Read about narcissism: the following two books are excellent if you want to find out what narcissism is or if you suspect that you or a loved one has been subject to narcissistic abuse. Danu’s book is a bit more personal or emotional, and Karyl’s slightly more scientific and neutral, but both authors clearly highlight the tremendous impact a narcissist can have on an individual’s life. I cried a lot. It was and still is painful, but uncovering the truth is worth it, because it sets you free. Feel free to reach out to me if you find yourself in a situation with a narcissist, if you have any questions or just feel like it.

When talking about giving birth, I also recommend reading Ina May Gaskin’s book. Both her and Milli Hill have been great inspirations to me on my journey into motherhood.
